Upgrade of the internal BBQ area with new outdoor tiered seating and enhanced accessibility.
Ikigai was engaged under a two-phase delivery model for this project. Early engagement during the design phase allowed us to provide constructability advice and design input. We then delivered the new BBQ area, including full strip-out works, waterproofing, tiling, and installation of a new electric BBQ. The outdoor works included concrete sealing, new fire pits, compliant tiled stairs, handrails, tactile indicators, and new tiered seating.
