Project overview

What we delivered

We were engaged to replace a heavily corroded roof system on a telecommunications exchange in Gladstone, Queensland.

The scope included removing and disposing of the failed roof sheeting, box gutters and associated fascia panels, approximately 550 m², to prepare the structure for the new roof. The existing box gutter support system was also heavily corroded, so we installed new support framing and a new box gutter lining, restoring structural integrity and improving stormwater capacity and runoff.

The completed works returned the building to a fully weatherproof condition and extended the service life of the asset, protecting the critical telecommunications infrastructure inside.
