Wollongong Building Repair

This was a significant building remediation project that involved a wide range of both internal and external works at an active telecommunications site. Externally, the majority of our scope involved brick remediation works to rectify defects on the facade. This included the removal and replacement of bricks at floor slab locations, repairs to spalling concrete, installation of steel wall plates to support the brickwork across all facades, and installation of remedial wall ties between the brick courses. It was a high-risk project involving work at height via rope access, swing stages, and EWPs - all undertaken in the Wollongong CBD.
