What we delivered

A significant building remediation project involving a wide range of internal and external works at an active telecommunications site.

Externally, most of our scope was brick remediation to rectify defects in the facade. This included removing and replacing bricks at floor slab locations, repairing spalling concrete, installing steel wall plates to support the brickwork across all facades, and installing remedial wall ties between the brick courses.

It was a high-risk project involving work at height via rope access, swing stages and EWPs, all in the Wollongong CBD.
