A complex waterproofing project, staged around active equipment, with extensive building upgrades.
What we delivered
A complex project that involved removing the existing failed waterproof membrane and replacing it with a three-layer bituminous torch-on system.
The roof area totalled 600 m². As this was a highly sensitive telecommunications site, the roof was covered with active plant and equipment essential to the building's operations. Detailed temporary works planning kept telecommunications services running throughout the project.
The scope also extended to waterproofing across six levels within the building, replacement of Colorbond roofing, and a new wastewater stack and floor wastes on levels 2 to 9.
