Major building upgrade with structural repairs, new access points, and complex safety planning.
Major building upgrade project including concrete repairs, painting, metalwork replacement, facade replacement, internal fit-out works, a new driveway and footpath entrance, security upgrades, and new fencing. This project presented a number of complexities due to its close proximity to high-voltage overhead powerlines, which required multiple planned shutdowns to complete the works safely.
